At Autotech Driving School, we turn nervous first-time drivers into confident, road-ready drivers — with patient, certified instructors and a curriculum built around the New York road test.
Whether you're behind the wheel for the first time or preparing for your road test, we have a program designed to get you there safely and confidently.
Start from zero. Our certified instructors guide you through every skill — from starting the car to parallel parking — at your own pace.
Don't leave your road test to chance. We simulate the actual NY DMV route, practice every maneuver, and coach you through test day.
Want to teach others? Our certified instructor training program prepares you to become a licensed driving instructor in New York State.
Book private sessions tailored to your specific needs — whether it's highway driving, night driving, or refining skills you've already learned.
Autotech Driving School was founded on a simple belief: every driver deserves patient, professional instruction that actually prepares them for the real road.
Located on Nostrand Avenue in the heart of Brooklyn, we've spent over 15 years helping new drivers pass their road tests, building confidence in nervous learners, and training the next generation of licensed driving instructors.
Our instructors are state-certified, background-checked, and trained to meet you where you are — whether you've never sat behind the wheel or you just need a refresher before your test.
We're not the only driving school in Brooklyn. Here's why families keep choosing us year after year.
Every instructor is state-licensed and trained in adult and teen learning styles. No rush, no frustration — just steady, supportive teaching.
Mornings, evenings, weekends — we work around your schedule. Book lessons when it's convenient for you, not the other way around.
Our dual-brake vehicles and defensive driving curriculum ensure you learn the habits that keep you safe — not just the ones that pass the test.
Our 97% pass rate isn't luck. We practice on routes that mirror the actual DMV exam so you know exactly what to expect on test day.
Situated on Nostrand Avenue with easy access to major bus routes and parking. We cover all five boroughs for road test routes.
We keep parents in the loop with progress updates. Parents and teens both know exactly where their student stands at every step.
